24 DAYS IN ICELAND

DAY 11

Húsavík

Pretty chill day. Drove up the peninsula to Húsavík, which is a lauching pad for a multitude of whale watching tours. No boats for us, so we took in the excellent Húsavík Whale Museum and photographed the port. Lazily drove back toward Mývatn where I soaked in the local hot springs and struck up conversations with a few other tourists.
